1. User will generate his or her own QR encrypted ticket
2. Admin scan QR ticket from user and scan users license plate of cars or motorbikes for parking in or parking out
3. In general, when user parking in/out a car or motorbike, admin will scan the QR code and license plate. No more paper ticket.
